Planning and Zoning News

• Urban Center Master Plan 2013-Urban Center Master Plan 2013 developed in partnership with Sasaki and the Las Colinas Association.
•  Revision of R-AB Ordinance- Adopted R-AB Amendments Sec. 52-49: On January 24, 2013, the Irving City Council adopted several revisions to the zoning ordinance related to the regulation of restaurants selling alcoholic beverages.  These amendments allow a 50-50 ratio of alcohol to food sales for Irving restaurants that are currently zoned for R-AB, and allow a 70-30 ratio within the Urban Business Overlay District.   
• Customer Survey-Planning Division: Requested feedback from any customer who has submitted an application for zoning change, property subdivision (platting,) special fence plans, development plans, landscape variances, zoning verification, or other planning related services.
