In the final class session of this series, learn tools for managing your weight.This free bilingual seven-part series presents nutrition classes and recipe demonstrations. The program will help you learn how to make healthy and safe food choices, cook for your family, get the most for your money, and stay physically active. Nancy Lieberman Charities has teamed with Sport Court, the City of Irving and the Irving Police Department to provide a Dream Court to foster the relationship between officers and the communities they serve. Located at Northwest Park, 2800 Cheyenne St., this Irving Dream Court is the 56th in the nation.
Dream Courts are top-quality, multipurpose play spaces built in underserved communities so children have a safe area to shoot hoops, socialize and learn about teamwork and good sportsmanship.
