  1. Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Series: Mealtime Miracles

    Today's class covers how to prepare healthy meals that will appeal to children.

    This free bilingual seven-part series presents nutrition classes and recipe demonstrations. The program will help you learn how to make healthy and safe food choices, cook for your family, get the most for your money, and stay physically active. The class meets on Thursdays from 1-3 p.m. Class will not be held on May 24. For more information, please call (214) 688-0903.
