  1. Neighborhood Meeting: Hard Rock Road, Pioneer Drive Phase 2A Improvements

    Residents are invited to join the City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department for a neighborhood meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 13 to discuss paving and utility improvements on Hard Rock Road and Pioneer Drive scheduled to begin July 2018.

    This work is part of the City of Irving's "Road to the Future: $100 Million in 5 Years" program supporting road reconstruction and rehabilitation across the city.
