Arts Center Farmers Market Debuts Community Garden Program in October

Peaches and strawberries for sale at the Irving Arts Center Farmers Market.

Beginning Oct. 7, the Irving Arts Center Farmers Market will feature "The Community Garden." Irving residents are invited to sell their homegrown fruits and vegetables at the farmers market free of charge. Four Seasons Markets will supply a canopy and table space (2 feet by 6 feet) to the first three home gardeners to arrive; more gardeners can take advantage of the offer if space allows.

In addition, Four Seasons has announced the extension of the Saturday farmers market at Irving Arts Center through November, weather permitting. The market is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
