Crime-Free Multi-Housing Ordinance Program
The Irving Crime Free Multi-Housing (CFMH) Ordinance Program is written in
Chapter 8 of the City of Irving Code of Civil and Criminal Ordinances
. City Council passed the ordinance on November 6, 2008.
The Irving CFMH Ordinance Program states any multifamily property that receives a Code Enforcement risk rating of "3" or "4" from a property assessment will be required to participate in the program.
The owner and manager will be required to complete training and testing for their mandatory participation.
The owner and manager will receive a certificate once they have completed the training course and taken the online test.
